Hydrate Don't Diedrate - lovingly also called Drink Water Not Poison - is the original member of my series of mental and physical health art pieces I've never really shared online - until today! The rough phrase "hydrate don't diedrate" for me comes from my time in the marching band, and it has become a staple in my daily mantras for taking care of myself. Having art like this around helps me immensely in remembering to care care of myself when there's so much else to do. So I figured, why not share that sentiment? These prints exist for people like me who sometimes need to just spot some friendly reminders every once in a while, so if that's you then I've glad this has found you :)
